Where do I start.... Great Hotel, fantastic staff, fantastic value for money. Must mention Anthony on the front desk, a star. My new hotel of choice in KL. Thanks... Shuttle service an added bonus....

We took Lunch Buffet with unlimited wine & Beer. We live in KL Sentral, very close to this hotel. This was the second time to have the lunch. Shuttle bus was super, a driver was very friendly and kind. The server at a table, a server Morosof was the best, he tried to bring our favorite plate such as pizza, shrimp so on as a service with best hospitality mind. He has spoken to us very friendly about food, speciality and recommendation. We thought if all server could be like him. Service at Japanese food corner was also amazing, he spoke a bit Japanese and said thank you, hello and bon apetti in Japanese, so nice to feel relaxed feeling spoken by country word, appreciated. We defenitely repeat to come back again due to this great service. Thank you Majestics!!! Nami & Nobu
