As an incoming travel agency based in Arusha, I have always chosen the hotel for my guests spending at the hotel before their Mt. Kilimajaro climbing, after their descent and from their safari in the parks. The staff are very friendly starting the most helpful front desk staff to the rooms and to the restaurant. The manager is always at hand to meet and welcome the guests plus seeing them off. From outside one may not notice the complete ambiance the hotel holds. The decor are classic, the wifi is perfect.

The hotel is beautiful. The patio and bar are fantastic, and the breakfast buffet is the best you could hope for. my stay wound up being several days longer than expehcted dand thenstaffwere winderful giving me local suggestions.
I would have given them a 10 if their construction was finished and their internet was more reliable (I know thats more of a regional thing), but it is tough on travelers.

I liked the reception, our luggage was carried by the staff, cleanliness of the rooms and restaurant,the ever smiling lady manager, Musa with his good english, good service from Isaac and high standard facilities.
The rear of my car was hit at the parking bay on the night of 30/11/2013.No one reported it.I discovered this in the morning.I asked the security man who apologised as he was making rounds.I suggest a person to be at the parking to assist visitors park their cars.
