Irish hospitality and friendly, helpful staff . It was good that we were made welcome and comfortable as "guests " in the true sense of the word.

We were staying overnight at your hotel as we were presenting in your business meeting rooms next morning We enjoyed our stay staff were friendly all round excellent . We asked if we could set up the meeting room the night before and this was no problem , we made our way to the writers room to set up for the next morning . Sam greeted us and was very helpful and helped us with tables etc etc , he offered us a look at couple of rooms on the 7th floor and they were Wow , we would never have known about these rooms had Sam not taken time out to show us . We will defiantly be back and will ask for the 7th floor . Seems nuts that on check in we were not offered an upgrade we would have taken it I'm sure . Hats off to Sam an absolute credit to your hotel we was obviously passionate about the hotel and looking after the customers , had to write as he was exceptional .

Breakfast fruit offer had seen better days only two types of sliced melon and unappetising fresh fruit that was obviously old and not fresh . Tea pots that didn't pour properly , in the scheme of things not a problem as everything else first class .
