The rooms, the service at the new restaurant, the new infinity pool and the friendly employees. The food at the new restaurant was also excellent.

The lack of atmosphere at Sarki's Corner: this is our 4th visit,and we were disappointed with the very slow service here. I do not advise eating here, as it took us almost an hour to get our food. The hustle and bustle of this place is no more. It seems as if the Management does not know what to do with this place. The entertainment on Christmas Eve: At a previous stay, we had had a great party at the old Sarki's Corner. This time, the entertainment was very childish. One does not play games where only a few people are involved, and where the level is one of a kiddie party. Less games, more good music to dance to and more Lucky Draws will keep people in the festive mood. As it is, we left early, as there was very little for us to get involved on. Such a pity!

I am a very satisfied regular guest for about 10 years, and has been pleasantly surprised by the new wing. A superb job combining the old typical heritage atmosphere in a newly build wing with beautiful decorations, materials and comfort. A true pleasure being a guest who feels at home everytime he comes back in this unique setting, with perfect service and all the comfort a private and corporate guest can hope and wish for. Perfect execution!
